Orbost Foodworks is one of more than 600 stores who are apart of the Australian United Retailers (AUR) group which is 100 per
cent owned and operated by Australians all
over Australia.
Recently at its annual conference held in Adelaide Orbost FoodWorks was announced as the National Store of the Year.
Orbost Foodworks has been owned and operated by the Price family for more than 38 years.
Steve and Karen Price have recently sold the store to their sons Travis and Jayden who with their partners are committed to continue to provide the community of Orbost with fresh produce, locally grown and sourced meat all with the exceptional customer service from the friendly staff.
The store currently employs in excess of
60 staff who all live in the local community and it is proud to support a number of local community groups ensuring the future of
Orbost remains strong.
“This award is truly a reflection of commitment from our staff to continue to ensure the store standards are high and that we are customer focused to make sure that the voice of our consumers is heard and that living in a regional community doesn’t mean that they don’t have access to all the same trusted brands as the other metropolitan supermarkets stock,” Travis said.
