Creative young people in Nowa Nowa and the surrounding region are invited to explore the cutting edge of digital art in a free, hands-on AI Character Design Workshop this month.
Aimed at youth aged 12 to 25, the workshop will give participants the chance to design their own characters and bring them to life using the latest AI tools in 3D modelling and animation.
The sessions are designed to be an inspiring introduction to digital storytelling, exploring how local animals and nature can be transformed into unique 3D characters.
Attendees will learn the fundamentals of the creative process, from sketching and developing concepts to transforming their ideas into animated digital figures.
The workshop is perfect for beginners, as no prior experience is needed – just a healthy dose of imagination.
To ensure everyone can participate, all necessary equipment, including gaming laptops, will be provided.
The free session will be held at the Nowa Nowa Community Centre on Thursday, September 26 from 10.30am–12.30pm
