Masters Swimming is coming to Sale, with the Sale Swimming Club launching a brand new Masters Squads, with expressions of interest now being taken.
They will be offering two awesome Masters Squad options, the Masters Performance Squad and Masters Active Squad.
The Masters Performance Squad is for those who love a challenge, want structure in their training, and maybe even have some goals in mind.
Training times will be Wednesday (6-7.30am), Thursday (6.30–7.30pm) and Saturday (6-8am).
The sessions will be focusing on stroke technique, strength and endurance
It will be perfect for adults who want to complement other sports or performance training or fit in a cardio session before/after work.
The Masters Active Squad is a lighter, fitness-focused option for anyone who wants to stay active, move, and enjoy swimming in a social and supportive environment, with training times, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (8-9am)
The program is designed for adults who want to stay fit in the water.
Sessions will focus on stroke technique while keeping active, moving the body and building fitness at your own pace.
The Masters program will officially kick off by the end of October once all enquiries and details are finalised.
