Bairnsdale locals can once again enjoy their favourite Charcoal Chicken meals — this time with an extra helping of café goodness — as Your Foodz Takeaway & Your Food 3875 opens its doors in the former Lake of China restaurant.
The much-loved Charcoal Chicken and Your Food Café have united under one roof, offering the same great team, warm service, and a bigger menu packed with comfort food favourites.
After a recent quiet spell following the thrift shop’s move and the search for a new location, fate stepped in when the Lake of China premises became available — giving the team a fresh start and locals a familiar place to gather.
The new eatery is serving breakfast from 10 am to 12 pm, followed by lunch and dinner options including juicy burgers, focaccias, fried snacks, and hearty meals such as the Chicken Parmigiana or Eye Fillet Steak — each served with chips, salad, and a drink.
Exciting additions are also on the horizon, with Uber Eats, slushies (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and Peters Ice Creams set to arrive soon.
Your Foodz Takeaway & Your Food 3875 is open Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm, with extended hours planned for Thursdays and Fridays — and weekend openings on the cards if community support continues to grow.
