Music lovers are in for a treat this weekend as dynamic duo Organic Joe takes the stage for the Orbost Arts Centre’s upcoming Sunday Session.
Scheduled for Sunday, January 18, the event promises an afternoon of engaging live music.
Doors will open at 2.30pm, with the performance kicking off at 3pm.
The bar will be open, and snacks will be available for patrons.
Performing together since 2015, Philip and Sharyn – collectively known as Organic Joe – have established themselves as prolific and versatile singer-songwriters.
The duo is known for delivering dynamic performances that blend authentic original songs with crowd-pleasing favourites.
Their lyrics are often described as thought-provoking, striking a balance between reflection and humour.
With strong local ties, the pair record with Warrior Records in Bruthen.
They have built an
impressive discography over the past decade, starting with their debut album Waiting for the Mothership in November 2015.
Described as “superb,” tracks from the album have enjoyed airplay on community radio stations across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
They followed up with Nine Miles Out To Sea in 2019 and Imperfect, Accidental, Crazy in October 2021.
The duo is currently working on their fourth studio album, but fans will have the
opportunity to purchase CDs of their previous three albums at the show.
