The first Gippsland branch shoot of the year was hosted last Sunday by the Phoenix Field Archers of Sale, with an IFAA round staged in tricky and challenging wind conditions.
Bairnsdale Field Archers were represented by Terry Chatfield, Ben Rickhuss, and David Hattam, who all enjoyed the course regardless of scores.
The competitors returned to East Gippsland with plenty of useful tips on maintaining bow fitness, solid form, and the benefits of pre-tournament IFAA rounds. All three are looking forward to the next competition.
