After five successful years running Sodafish, Lakes Entrance restaurateurs Emma and Nick Mahlook have launched Crudo Wine & Provisions, a new deli and wine store located just beneath their iconic seafood restaurant.

Crudo continues the couple’s commitment to quality, simplicity, and respect for great produce, offering a carefully curated range of wines and artisanal pantry items for takeaway. The store features both local and international wines, alongside Mediterranean delicacies sourced from Spain, Italy, and France, including cheeses, anchovies, sardines, and antipasto favourites.

Freshly baked sourdough focaccia forms the heart of the food offering, with pizza slices and rolls featuring toppings such as mortadella with stracciatella and pistachio, local honey, or buffalo mozzarella with capers, confit tomatoes, and basil. Crudo also offers grazing platters, perfect for picnics, boating days, or casual entertaining, which can be pre-ordered and collected via a new jetty for direct water access.

“Take a slice of the Mediterranean home,” Emma and Nick said, inviting locals and visitors alike to enjoy everything from a loaf of focaccia to a chilled bottle of Chablis or a carefully prepared platter at the end of the jetty.

Crudo Wine & Provisions is open daily from 10.30am to 4.30pm, located beneath Sodafish Restaurant in Lakes Entrance.
