Maffra Golf Club recently staged its 2026 Legends Pro Am, with professionals competing for a $15,000 purse.
Former Lakes Entrance golfer Adam Henwood claimed the title, pocketing $2640 after producing a superb seven-under-par 65.
He finished one shot clear of David McKenzie.
David Fahey and Terry Pilkadaris shared third place with rounds of 68, while Ben Jackson and Mark Boulton rounded out the top finishers with 70.
The event was played in perfect weather and, despite earlier concerns from the club’s greenkeepers following recent rain, the course was presented in outstanding condition.
A strong crowd turned out to follow the action across the day.
Amateur winners included Andrew McMillan, Monique Day, Joel Brayshaw and Ryan Fraser.
