Gippsland growers and supply chain participants are being invited to Morwell this May for a dynamic, hands-on exploration of the future of horticulture.
The Australian-Grown Innovation Program Engage Workshop will be held at the Gippsland Tech School on Thursday, May 7. The free, full-day event is designed to help those within the sector share insights, build stronger teams, and acquire practical tools from established industry leaders.
The workshop moves beyond theory, focusing on actionable outcomes and team-based learning. Participants will engage in practical exercises using globally recognised frameworks, such as the Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas, to help identify new opportunities for income diversification and operational efficiency.
By bringing together innovators from across the horticulture sector, the program aims to foster a supportive regional network. Attendees will be guided through activities that address real-world challenges, encouraging peer learning and the development of local solutions to industry-wide issues.
The program is a unique opportunity for local agricultural leaders to gain hands-on experience with innovation tools while connecting with a broader network of forward-thinking peers. Those interested in attending can register via the official Australian-Grown Innovation Program platform.
