Residents at Orbost Aged Care recently enjoyed a unique shopping spree without having to leave their home, thanks to a heartwarming collaboration with local volunteers.
The facility hosted a special “pop-up” op shop in partnership with the Friends of Orbost Opportunity Shop, bringing a curated selection of treasures and treats directly to the residents.
The initiative was designed to ensure that those with limited mobility could still enjoy the thrill of the hunt and the independence of making their own purchases.
