Meteorologist and journalist, Jane Bunn, is coming to Orbost on March 11 as this year’s Landcare Expo presenter at this year’s Orbost Show.
Jane is passionate about the weather, a qualified meteorologist, and a weather consultant to farming, CFA, and agricultural communities.
She is also a weather presenter with channel 7 Melbourne on the 6pm news, 4pm news and national bulletins.
Landcare facilitator, Josh Puglisi, described Jane as having “intelligence, enthusiasm, style and natural ease, and she will be on-site to help us to understand our weather forecast.”
The Orbost Show and Landcare Expo is on Monday, March 11, and Landcare will be promoting local industries, local musicians, skills and handmade products like quince juice, organic face, and body products, knitted beanies, teas, nuts, coffee, and spices.
There will also be traditional skills such as woodcraft, spinning, hand shearing, etc.
