Mallacoota Angling Club recently finalised the results for its September competition with John Stella again prominent.
The club was delighted to welcome new members Barry Cowden and Peter Coles, with Cowden quickly in the thick of the action.
The club had 12 members at the weigh-in with nine anglers registering to fish and a total of 17 fish weighed in via photo.
The biggest bream was caught by Stella, a magnificent 45 centimetre species, weighting 1.4 kilograms.
Brodie Cummings caught the biggest flathead (73 centimetres, 2.5 kilograms), while Cowden was successful in the tailor division (32 centimetres).
Pommy Parker was happy with his 30 centimetre luderick, which was big enough to snare the division victory.
The committee was thankful of the continued support of the anglers that participated.
The next competition will be October 18-20.
