Q2 – I keep active by walking and doing farm work.

Q2 – Knitting and crochet, keeping my hands moving.

Q1 – It’s very important, to be able to do things yourself (without assistance).

Q2 – Staying a part of the local community sporting groups, I’m a life member of Lucknow footy club and for 20 years some time ago I was their timekeeper. As well as helping Pauline around the house, especially with the laundry.
