On Saturday morning, three talented girls from Orbost had the exciting opportunity to compete in the Team Gymnastics category at the East Gippsland Gymnastics Association.
Team Gymnastics is a dynamic recreational gymnastics program that combines energetic warm-up games, acrobatics and traditional gymnastics skill development.
Designed to teach fundamental skills, the program focuses on enhancing balance, strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence.
It fosters a fun, social, and supportive environment where participants can work together as a team while flipping, rolling, jumping and dancing alongside their friends.
