Following an annual general meeting on Thursday, November 7, the name change officially came into effect on Friday, November 8.
The name change reflects the company’s shift from being primarily an oil producer to a domestic gas explorer, producer, and operator.
The new name is also intended to align with the company’s strategy to grow in value and volume by leveraging its infrastructure position.
