Orbost Probus Club celebrated the festive season in style with a Christmas lunch at
the Orbost Club recently, replacing their usual general meeting.
Adding a touch of flair to the occasion, Rhonda Smith brought extra Christmas decorations to brighten the tables. While many members donned festive apparel, Rhonda’s creative red-and-white candy-themed outfit was a standout and sparked lively conversations among attendees.
As the Christmas break approached, members eagerly shared their plans for the holiday season.
Some look forward to family visiting them, while others are preparing for trips to visit loved ones out of town.
For those staying local, the club has organised a picnic at Forest Park on the second Monday of January.
The first general meeting of the new year will be held on the third Thursday of January, with Dave Redden as the guest speaker.
Members and guests are welcome to join at 9.30am for morning tea and a chat before the meeting begins at 10am in the Senior Citizens Club Room.
