Every person in Victoria should be able to access the right care, in the right place, at the right time – wherever they live.
That’s why Local Health Service Networks will be formed across Victoria from July 1, 2025.
These networks will group health services within a geographical region and be responsible for supporting coordinated care, as close to home as possible.
Orbost Regional Health (ORH) will be part of the Gippsland Local Health Service Network.
Health service leaders have been consulted on the establishment of the networks, and now residents are invited to complete a survey on their healthcare experience to help improve how hospitals work together across the state.
The survey will help ORH to understand what they need to prioritise to support your health needs as close to home as possible.
The survey is open from April 22 to June 8. It will take about 10 minutes to complete and will be available in 10 other languages. All responses will be anonymous and confidential.
Complete the survey by heading to the Engage Victoria website.
A summary of the overall survey results will be provided on the Engage Victoria website when available.
