There were some great results over the weekend from anglers participating in the 2025 East Gippsland Bream Classic at Mallacoota Inlet.
It was one of the most stacked leader boards ever going into day two, with so many similar weighing bags all the way down the order.
More than 40 teams finished up weighing in 10 bream for the weekend, which was fantastic result.
Team Bream Burglars, Liam Allan and Marlon Thompson produced a perfect weekend leading from start to finish, banking 10 bream for combined total of 9.215 kilograms.
They finished ahead of Stephen Emerson and Damien Dwyer (8.215kgs), with Braddley and Harry Young (8.100kgs) third.
The Bream Burglars also weighed in the best bag of the tournament, an impressive 4.885 kilograms.
Phil Hulsman and Ben Thompson weighed in the catch of the event, an impressive black bream weighing 1.165 kilograms.
The big movers award went to Kalimna father-son combo, Paul and Justin Conn who weighed in a quality bag (4.025kgs) on day two, moving them 24 places up the leader board to finish in 19th position.
The junior angler prize went to Beau May who finished in 38th place.
Mark Cribbes and Dean Gamble were the winners of the flathead challenge with their thumping flathead 81.5 centimetre species.
