Local farmers are being invited to take a break, grab a bite, and catch up with peers at two upcoming networking events designed to tackle on-farm challenges and strengthen community connections.
The “A Feed and a Yarn” events will be held in Bairnsdale and Orbost early next month, offering a relaxed environment for primary producers to discuss everything from shifting seasonal conditions to everyday farm management.
Organisers say the evenings are about bringing together people who truly understand the unique pressures of agricultural life. Each event will feature a practical farmer panel discussion, giving attendees a chance to hear firsthand experiences and explore fresh ideas for navigating current industry challenges.
The events are completely free to attend, with a complimentary meal provided. Drinks will be available at bar prices.
