Orbost District community groups and organisations are invited to come together for a networking event on Wednesday, August 12, offering a valuable opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and strengthen connections across the region.
Community groups play a vital role in creating connected, welcoming and resilient places.
From volunteers and service clubs to arts, environment, cultural, sporting and wellbeing groups, local organisations help bring people together, support shared priorities and make communities stronger.
The networking event will provide a relaxed space for groups to introduce themselves, learn about what others are doing, identify opportunities for collaboration and explore ways to support one another.
Whether a group is well established or just getting started, the event is designed to encourage practical conversations, new partnerships and a stronger sense of shared purpose.
The networking event will run from 5-7pm at the Snowy River Views Cafe in Orbost.
