All three of the Orbost Snowy Rovers Football Netball Club’s teams that were involved in East Gippsland Football Netball League finals at the Lucknow Recreation Reserve and Bairnsdale City Oval last weekend have been successful.
The Blues were represented by two netball and one football team, who will all be in action again this Saturday in do-or-die preliminary final matches at the Bairnsdale City Oval.
The Blues staged an emphatic 30-point victory over reigning premier, Wy Yung in the senior match. They will take on Boisdale Briagolong this week after they were beaten by Lindenow.
In the netball, the under 15s and under 17s have moved straight into the grand final after both sides defeated Lucknow in nail-biting matches.
