<pstyle:2 – Body Text><ct:Bold>There have been some outstanding reports and stories coming out of far East Gippsland of anglers exploits over the past 10 days.<ct:>
The temperatures have been hot but the fish are still very active.
<ct:Bold>Marlo – <ct:>Flathead, luderick, bream and the occasional mullet can be found in the system, taking pippies and pilchards. Surf beach has tailor and salmon chasing metal lures.
<ct:Bold>Bemm River – <ct:>At the time of publication, the entrance is still closed. Flathead are in the lake and channel chasing soft plastics, bream are also in the lake system taking local prawn and soft plastics.
<ct:Bold>Mallacoota <ct:>- Flathead are biting on pippies, pilchards, squid, lures and soft plastics. Bream are around but not as prevalent, the odd mullaway has also been sighted and landed.
