Brock York was the stand out angler in the Mallacoota and District Angling Club 2025 April fishing competition.
The club had 23 anglers registered to fish and there were 11 fish weighed in via photo,
with no juniors or assisted juniors competing.
York landed the biggest bream (38.5 centimetres) and flathead (61.9 centimetres) in a dominant performance.
John Stella was again amongst the winners, claiming the biggest trevally with a 33 centimetre species.
The raffle prize was won by Craig Roder and the
registration prize went to Hannah Byrne, who has recently become a member.
The next competition is from May 23-25 with the
weigh-in at the clubrooms on Greer St at 3pm on Sunday, May 25.
Targeted fish are bream, flathead, salmon and luderick.
