Orbost Snowy Rovers under 11 coach, Erin Russell, was last week’s AFL Gippsland “Coach of the Week”.
Russell has been making an incredible impact in her first year of coaching, her passion and dedication bringing a fresh energy and genuine care for her players.
She has embraced every opportunity to grow, attending coaching courses, seeking feedback and constantly looking for ways to improve.
Her efforts are already paying off, with a noticeable increase in participation and engagement from the young players under her guidance.
Russell is building strong foundations and fostering a love for the game in her team, which is exactly what junior footy is
all about.
