A powerful wave of connection, information, and opportunity is heading to East Gippsland this month, as the Everything Disability and Ageing Expo makes its way to Bairnsdale on Friday and Saturday, July 18 and 19.
Held at Club Eastwood, the two-day event will bring together a diverse mix of local NDIS and Aged Care providers under one roof, to showcase the wide range of services, products and support options available across the region.
The Expo is driven by a passionate team who know firsthand the challenges of accessing services in rural and regional areas.
“Living in the country, we found it difficult to tap into all the providers available,” organisers said.
“That’s why we’ve made it our mission to help participants discover what’s out there – right in their own backyard.”
From mobility aids to assistive technology, home care services to mental health support, the Expo features a wide array of exhibitors ready to educate and empower visitors.
Attendees will also find services covering employment pathways, sensory support, plan management, aged care planning, music therapy and more — all tailored to those living with disability or navigating ageing.
“This is about more than just services, it’s about choice, independence and finding the support that fits you,” organiser said.
The expo isn’t just for NDIS Participants or Aged Care clients — it’s a space for carers, families, allied health professionals and anyone interested in learning more about local services and supports.
Attendees can look forward to:
– Dozens of local exhibitors
– Expert advice and resources
– Interactive demonstrations
– Giveaways and prizes across both days
With plenty of accessible parking and a welcoming atmosphere, the event is shaping up to be one of East Gippsland’s most inclusive and informative expos of the year.
