Some good reports have come out of the region as the days begin to warm up and make fishing attractive again.
Marlo: The Vic Bream Classic was a huge success with more than 100 anglers hitting the water, catching and releasing some nice sized bream. Salmon are in the channel, biting on lures and pilchards. For bream give ultralight gear and lightly weighted soft plastics a go.
Bemm River: Anglers are having great results landing salmon using metal lures.
