On Thursday, October 16, an invitation was extended to the community of Orbost and surrounding areas to come to a morning tea at Probus Orbost’s annual monthly meeting.
It was well attended by visitors from Marlo, Newmerella and Orbost.
There was a delicious morning tea along with raffles and a lucky dip.
The purpose of the open day was to encourage new members to join probus, and to know what the probus organisation is all about – fun, friendship and fellowship.
November’s activities are a table of friends at the Orbost Club Melbourne cup day weekend, and mini golf at Lakes Entrance on Monday, November 10, there is carpooling for this activity.

Melbourne cup day is $30.00 per head for a two course meal commencing at 12pm, numbers must be advised by October 31.
