The Orbost Masonic Lodge, in partnership with the Freemasons Foundation Victoria, has reaffirmed its commitment to regional youth by delivering more than $11,000 in annual funding to support local schools and student development programs across the district.
The funding is distributed among several primary and secondary schools throughout the far east of the state.
Recipient schools for this year’s allocation include:
– Orbost Community College
– St Joseph’s Primary School (Orbost)
– Marlo Primary School
– Newmerella Primary School
– Cann River P-12 College
– Mallacoota P-12 College
– Buchan Primary School
The local initiatives are heavily supported by the Freemasons Foundation Victoria, the central philanthropic arm of the organisation.
The foundation donates approximately $2.5 million annually to various charitable, educational and community causes across Victoria.
