Start you engines and get ready to rumble, the 13th Orbost Poker Run is back this weekend. The scene is set for another massive Poker Run on Saturday, March 4, with a new course taking in the revamped Bellbird Hotel.
If you’re new to the Poker Run, the objective of the day is to get a great hand of cards, drawing one at each stop.
The person with the best hand by the end of the ride wins some great sponsors donated by the event’s sponsors.
Organising committee president, Kevin Gouge, was hopeful this year’s rife would be a big one.
“It’s all coming together – people have been generous with donations,” Mr Gouge said.
“The weather is looking reasonable, mid 20s which is perfect for riding – hopefully we don’t get drowned out like we did last year.”
