Golf for mental health

Orbost Regional Health (ORH) hosted a successful Golf Day for Mental Health at the Orbost Golf Club, featuring a four-person Ambrose event followed by a hearty breakfast.

The event included health checks provided by ORH and inspiring talks from guest speakers.

Adding to the excitement, Brian McDonald cut his hair, and Ron Dooley shaved his iconic moustache as part of a Movember challenge, raising nearly $4000 for mental health initiatives.
