The under 13 defeated West Bairnsdale/Wy Yung at the Orbost Recreation Reserve on Friday night.
Batting first the Blues impressed amassing 3/105 from their 20 over allotment, before restricting the combine to 5/61.
This weeks match sees Orbost pitted against Meerlieu 754 at the Bairnsdale Primary School on Friday night.
In the under 16s, fourth placed Orbost are in a strong position after day one of the two day fixture at Orbost Recreation Reserve against fifth placed Meerlieu.
The Tussocks were dismissed for just 124, with Mitch Farley starring with four wickets and Alexander Jenkins impressing with three.
By stumps, the Blues had worked their way along to 1/80, with victory in sight.
