Around 80 players, volunteers and parents involved in the Orbost Hockey Club gathered together last Friday night at the Marlo Angling Club to celebrate the conclusion of another successful season.
It was one which saw plenty of development and enjoyment of the sport both on and off the field.
The focus of the evening was the presentation of the various playing and participation awards which recognised the outstanding efforts and endeavours of the Green and Gold club members this year.
Best junior attacker, Jasper Anderson, and best junior defender, Leni Millward, both had outstanding years in the green and gold of the Orbost Hockey Club. (PS)
Keenest and best first year player was awarded to Demi Murray, who looks set for bright future in the sport. (PS)
