The 2024 Victorian Agricultural Show Senior Photography State Finalists were announced last week. They include Kaye Howells (Pakenham Show), Jessie Bishop (Yea Show), Cindy Robinson (Orbost Agricultural Society Inc), Sarah Chaplin (Dookie Show), Pam Sheean (Daylesford Show), David Cottee (Tallangatta Show), Catherine Duncombe (Benalla Spring Show), Lachlan Byrne (Echuca Moama and Districts Agricultural Show Society), Phillip Morris (Warrnambool Show) and Jessica Hodder (Stawell Show).
The Orbost Exhibition Centre Gala Event will be held on Saturday, October 5 celebrating 20 wonderful years of art, culture, and community.
This milestone event promises a night of delicious food, drinks, and live music as patrons reflect on the last two decades and unveil an exciting new look for the next 20 years.
Event highlights will include: Live music and an active dance floor as the night marches on; Photo wall and professional photographer available for photos (6.30-8pm); Silent auction with exclusive items up for bid.
Orbost Golf Club will host a golf day for mental health on Saturday, November 16.
It will be a four person ambrose event, with a shotgun start from 11am.
