The launch of ORH’s monthly harvest exchange coincides with a keynote speech from Hannah Moloney from Gardening Australia at the Landcare Sustainability Expo.
The harvest exchange is a great way to share local produce and prevent waste.
Orbost Show attendees are invited get their blood pressure checked by one of the friendly clinicians and enjoy a spiral apple or a rainbow dip.
“This is also an opportunity to learn how much sugar is in popular drinks, and why water is recommended as the best drink” Director of Community Health, Nikki Brown said.
